As a health coach, I help clients gain a bigger holistic picture of their health. Most times, an imbalance in one area of someone’s life will manifest itself in other areas. For an example, think about someone living with a lot of stress, who then turns to food or alcohol (hence weight gain). Therefore, I work to help people bring forth positive and sustainable lifestyle improvements. I will provide consistent support and guide you as you set goals to improve your health and well-being. As your Health Coach, I will spend quality time with you and help you to determine what improvements are most beneficial for you.
